摘要 随着“双碳”背景下人们环保意识的增强,开发一种绿色环保的可回收电缆已成为重点研究方向。聚丙烯(PP)作为一种可回收,可持续发展并且电气性能、热性能优异的绝缘材料而备受关注。为促进环保PP电缆料的研究与开发,本文系统地总结了环保PP电缆料的最新研究成果,并介绍了常见的PP改性方法。最后,从生产和应用的角度,总结和分析了各类改性方法的优缺点,以期为环保PP电缆料的开发提供指导依据。

Abstract:With the support of the double carbon background and the strengthening of people's environmental awareness, the development of green environmental protection recyclable cable material has become a key research direction. Among them, polypropylene (PP) has attracted much attention as a kind of insulation material with excellent electrical and thermal properties, recycling and sustainable development. In order to promote the research and development of environmentally friendly polypropylene cable materials, this paper systematically summarizes the latest research results of environmentally friendly polypropylene cable materials, and introduces the common polypropylene modification methods. Finally, from the practical point of view about production and application, this paper summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various modification methods, and provides guidance for the development and application of environmentally friendly polypropylene cable materials.
