Abstract:In order to improve the foam deliquification effect of condensate gas wells, a ternary oil resistant foam drainage agent (Facam) composed of anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants was developed. The foam performance, oil resistance and viscosity of foam lotion were tested by foam meter, interfacial tension meter and viscosity meter, and was applied to condensate gas wells for liquid drainage and gas production. The results showed that compared with the amphoteric surfactant formula (LB1), the spread coefficient of oil droplets on the Facam liquid film was negative, which indicated that the stability of the foam of Facam was improved under the condition of high condensate oil content. At the same time, the emulsion viscosity generated by Facam was lower, which could reduce the pressure drop of the tubing caused by the friction resistance loss. After Facam injection, the oil casing pressure difference (ΔPc-t) decreased from 1.00 MPa to 0.28 MPa, the monthly gas production decline rate decreased to 2.86%, and the deliquification effect was better than that of LB1, effectively ensuring stable gas production.
