Abstract:Regard polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as-spun fiber and silicon containing oil agent as row material, it was investigated the law of roller material, oil concentration, number of guide rollers, swelling degree, moisture content in PAN-fiber and oiling rate of PAN-fiber, coefficient of variation on the spinning test line. Proper oiling conditions were optimized as roller material type A, 0.10 MPa of roller pressure, 7 of number of guide rollers, 80% of swelling degree, less than 45% of moisture content. Under these oiling circumstances, oil content of PAN-fiber was 1.00% taking the Soxhlet extractor method, oil agent was distributed on the surface of PAN-fiber, no oil solidified block appearance on drying densification roller, both breaking strength and initial modulus were improved.
