Abstract:In order for the purified natural gas to meet the national second-class gas quality standards, it is necessary to rationally match the device with good purification effect and other devices to reduce the content of acidic components in the gas mixture. Based on the principle of genetic algorithm, the gas distribution model was established and the corresponding source code was compiled by MATLAB software platform. After the optimization of the program operation, the results showed that when the actual processing capacity of the raw natural gas of number 1#-6# was 100.10, 173.07, 100.01, 100.237, 199.11, 400.00 (104 m3/d), the maximum volume of exported mixed product gas can reach 1 045.458 7×104 m3/d, which was 4.87% higher than that before optimization. At this time, the content of H2S in product gas was 8.44 mg/m3 and the CO2 content was 3.00%. The natural gas quality fully met the national second-class standard.
