Abstract:In order to improve the removal efficiency of organic phosphorus in high concentration of glyphosate wastewater, the process parameters of Fenton oxidation treatment of wastewater containing glyphosate phosphorus were investigated. The experimental results showed that when the reaction temperature was 40 °C, the total H2O2 dosage was 100 mL/L and the pH of the wastewater was 3.0, the total phosphorus removal effect appeared to be better. For the new process parameters and the current existing problems in the reaction device, a continuous Fenton reactor was designed and developed to improve the treatment process. The industrialized operation results showed that the new process treatment effect was significantly better than the unimproved treatment process, the operation effect was stable, and the total phosphorus removal ratio was increased from about 80% to 98%.
