Abstract:For researching macroscopic reaction rule of C4-olefin catalytic cracking reaction, the performances of various reactions at different temperatures were investigated in detail. According to the experimental results, reaction performance of C4-olefin was divided into three districts by the dominant reaction and the reaction degree at different temperature. From 300 ℃ to 400 ℃, the dominant reaction was polymerization and the secondary polymerization of the small molecule from cracking was also occurred. The degree of polymerization and cracking reaction was equivalent and no secondary polymerization happened at 400 ℃. From 400 ℃ to 650 ℃, degree of cracking increased and exceeded polymerization reaction. Otherwise, secondary cracking of the big molecule from cracking was occurred. It could concluded that improving reaction temperature make for the reaction of C4-olefin cracking to propylene in case of few free radical reaction.
