Abstract:The MIP-DCR catalytic cracking technology and LPEC patent equipment - lifting mixer were used to decrease the contact temperature of oil and catalyst in two sets of catalytic cracking units. The results showed that, under the similar operating condition, the yield of dry gas decreased by 33.41% and 23.84%, respectively, the yield of coke decreased by 7.16% and 2.39%, respectively, and the yield of light liquid increased by 2.44% and 1.86%, respectively. Cracking Mechanism Ratio(CMR) of gas products showed that MIP-DCR technology could reduce the single molecule protons in the catalytic cracking reaction process, ultimately reduce the yield of dry gas and coke, increase total liquid product, and obtain more high value products from the oil resources.
