Abstract:With the increasing global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development, the green transformation of process industries has become particularly crucial. Zeolites, as a class of important catalytic materials, play a key role in fields such as petrochemicals and environmental governance. This article focuses on the green synthesis technology of zeolites, exploring new methods for their green synthesis with the aim of reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization. The article provides a detailed discussion from three aspects: the selection of template agents, the optimization of raw materials, and the innovation of synthesis methods. Firstly, it discusses the use of no template agents or seed crystals to reduce the emission of harmful organic template agents during synthesis. Secondly, it analyzes the use of industrial by-products or waste as raw materials to achieve the recycling of resources. Finally, it introduces new synthesis technologies enhanced by external fields, which can improve synthesis efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste generation. The application of these green synthesis methods can significantly reduce the environmental impact of zeolite synthesis while maintaining or enhancing their catalytic performance, providing new ideas and technical support for the green development of catalyst preparation.
