Research Progress on the Application of Organic Conjugation Molecule as Hole Transport Materials

Abstract:Due to the adjustable band gap, broad absorption band, good charge transport property, long charge diffusion length, and low preparation cost, more and more attention has been focused on perovskite solar cells. As one of the most important components in perovskite solar cells, hole transport material has a considerable impact on the extraction and transport of carriers, the crystallinity of perovskite, the stability of cell device and the manufacturing cost. In this review, the research progress on the application of organic conjugation molecules as hole transport materials has been summarized, especially for the relationship between the chemical structure and the properties, including energy level, hole mobility, film morphology, photovoltaic performance, and the stability of the cell device.
