摘要 导电涂料是一种具有传导电子、排除累积电荷能力的功能涂料,在航天航空、电子、石油化工等领域广泛应用。本研究将CNTs/MXene作为功能填料分散到水性丙烯酸中,制备了导电复合涂层。结果表明,涂层中的CNTs/MXene互相搭接形成了导电通路,当CNTs/MXene添加量为0.20%(质量分数)时,电导率达到了1.54×10-2 S/cm。管状CNTs与片层状MXene结合,使CNTs更易分散搭接形成网络结构,低添加量的导电填料即可提升复合涂层的导电性能,又能大大降低导电涂料的成本,进一步促进低成本导电功能涂料的产业化。

Abstract:Conductive coating is a kind of functional coating to conduct electron and exclude accumulated electricity. It is widely used in aerospace, electronics, petrochemical and other fields. In this study, CNTs/MXene was dispersed into acrylic coatings to prepare conductive composite coatings. The results showed that CNTs/MXene composite coatings were bonded to each other to form a conductive path, and the conductivity was 1.54×10-2 S/cm when the additive amount was 0.20% (mass fraction). Integrating tubular CNTs and lamellar MXene facilitated the formation of a lap network structure, which significantly enhanced the conductivity of composite coatings at a low concentration, reducing the associated costs of conductive coatings. This study offers valuable insights for further advancing the industrialization of low-cost conductive functional coatings.
