Industrial Application of Localization Isobutene Isomerization Catalysts

Abstract: In order to promote the development and industrial application of low-cost and efficient domestically produced isobutene isomerization catalysts for producing n-butene, the localization isobutene isomerization catalyst was industrially applied on a 1.3?105 t/a isobutene isomerization unit in this work. From the 100% load operation data of one year's industrial plant, it could be known that the yield of n-butene by the domestic SHBSI-01 isobutene isomerization catalyst reached over 21% over eleven operating cycles, the byproduct yield was 3.50%-6.77% which was only about one-third of the imported catalyst, and the long-term operation was stable. It could fully meet the actual industrial production requirements, achieving the domestic substitution of imported catalysts.
