Abstract:In the processes of hydrocracking LAY zeolite preparation, the microwave-assisted ion exchange reaction process between USY zeolite and ammonium chloride solution and the (NH4)2SiF6 modification process were investigated with experiment. The preparation process conditions were optimized. The structure and morphology of the molecular sieve were characterized. Compared with the traditional preparation technology (four times countercurrent exchange and one time mixed acid modification), the new technology broke through the cumbersome bottleneck of the preparation process. The zeolite ion exchange modification could be completed in one step, and the reaction time could be shortened to 15 minutes. The main physical and chemical property parameters of hydrocracking LAY zeolite prepared by microwave-assisted technology met the quality index requirements of the same type of zeolite in industrial production. The new process method can provide the key technical support for optimizing the industrial production of hydrocracking molecular sieves.
