Abstract:Given the great difficulty of treating the large amount of oily wastewater and the deficiencies of the single and traditional treatment method, a new type of multi-tube micro cyclone air floatation oil removal device was designed by using air flotation and cyclone coupling treatment technology. Up optimization of bubble generation by the combination of jet and distributing plate, the oil removal experiment was carried out by using the jet air flotation technology, and the influence of each parameter on the oil removal effect of the air flotation device was studied. The results showed that the multi-tube micro cyclone air floatation oil removal device had a good effect on oily wastewater treatment. With the increase of gas-liquid ratio and influent flow rate, the oil removal efficiency increased first and then decreased, and the device could adapt the change of oil concentration in a certain range. The oil removal efficiency reached 80.3% under the conditions of pH value 6-8, the oil concentration in the influent 200 mg/L, the gas-liquid ratio 15%, and the influent flow rate 1.5 m3/h.
