Abstract:In order to comprehensively utilize the acid gas discharged from the refinery diesel hydrorefining section, the sulfone amine method was used to purify hydrogen sulfide gas, and the ethanolamine solution was used to absorb and purify the carbon dioxide in the acid gas and then react with the hydrogen to produce methanol. The obtained hydrogen sulfide and methanol were reacted in the gas phase at 300-460℃ and 1 MPa to produce methyl mercaptan and dimethyl sulfide simultaneously. The ratio of the two products can be adjusted by adjusting the ratio of methanol and hydrogen sulfide according to the market demand. Aspen Plus was used to conduct the steady-state simulation of the entire process, and extractive distillation technology was used to reduce the energy consumption for the separation of methyl mercaptan and methanol.
