Abstract:In order to solve the problem of deep desulfurization and resource utilization of sulfur-containing flue gas from power plants, the technology of hollow fiber membrane solvent absorption method was used for deep desulfurization of 6.00×106 Nm3/h flue gas. The removed sulfur dioxide was used to prepare the sodium sulfite by the sulfur dioxide caustic soda process. The sulfur dioxide was catalytically reduced with carbon monoxide to prepare sulfur and the insoluble sulfur was prepared by melting method. The chemical absorption method using ammonia as the absorbent was adopted to absorb the carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide in the tail gas of this process. Through simulation and optimization of the process the insoluble sulfur mole fraction was 99.2% and the sulfur mole fraction was 99.9%.
