Research Progress in Organic Reaction by Ionic Liquids Intensification

Abstract��Due to their unique properties, ionic liquids have been widely applied in different fields. This work reviews the advances in some typical organic reactions through ionic liquid intensification technology. Synthetic routes were greatly simplified, the yield and selectivity were significantly increased, and the synthesis routes became greener because of the use of ionic liquids. This technology shows good prospects for industrial applications.
