Abstract:The efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification were investigated by using the self-made manganese oxide and simulated flue gas in a fixed bed adsorption test bed and the kinetics of denitrification in direct denitrification and simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process were established, reapectively. The results showed that the average reaction rate of denitrification increased with the increase of temperature and PNO in the direct denitrification process. Desulphurization and denitrification affected each other in the process of denitrification after desulfurization, and the denitrification absorption rate was half of the one in the direct denitrification process. The denitrification absorption rate in the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process was almost the same with the one in the direct denitrification process. The kinetic equation of the denitrification in simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process was obtained with the reaction order 0.8 and activation energy 24.16 kJ/mol. The pre-exponential factor of the reaction was found to be about 464.64 min-1 and the correction parameter 0.95.
