Abstract:To study the catalysts for synthesis of Propionitrile by Acrylonitrile in the gas phase, a sort of Ni catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method. The factors that influence on catalyst performance were investigated, including the loading capacity of Ni-Cu-Zn, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV) and mole ratio of H2 to acrylonitrile. The experimental results showed that when using the catalyst of mass fraction 5.7% Ni, 1.4% Cu and 1.4% Zn, under the reaction conditions of reaction temperature 150 ℃, reaction pressure 0.5 MPa, LHSV 0.24 h-1, and ratio of H2 to acrylonitrile 12, the percent conversion of acrylonitrile was 96%, the selectivity of the propionitrile was 94.9%.
