Research Progress in Filled Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubbers

Abstract:Material features, effect of filler types on properties, preparation methods and heat transfer mechanism of thermal conductive silicone rubber were introduced. The related thermal conductive models and their application conditions were summarized. Recent approaches on thermal conductivity reinforcement of filled silicone rubber were reviewed as well. Finally, the current research focuses, existing problems, and improving directions were discussed.
