Abstract:Gas-solid fluidized bed reactors exhibit highly nonlinear pulsating characteristics in the movement of bubbles and particles, capturing and analyzing these pulsating characteristics has important theoretical and practical value. Acoustic emission detection and electrostatic detection has shown strong potential in detecting the pulsating characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in fluidized beds due to the characteristics of high sensitivity and high sampling frequency. This manuscript first introduced the advantages and disadvantages of common detection methods for motion parameters in fluidized beds, and pointed out the great potential of acoustic emission detection and electrostatic detection in detecting characteristic parameters in fluidized beds. Secondly, the progress of the two detection technologies in the detection of particle motion parameters, bubble motion parameters and flow pattern were reviewed, and the emphasis of the two detection technologies on detecting the above-mentioned fluidization parameters were introduced. Finally, the research directions of the two detection techniques were discussed.
