Abstract:To prepare a wide temperature denitration catalyst, a mixed support of TiO2 and ZSM-5 was obtained using mechanical grinding method, and supported MnOx/TiO2-ZSM-5 denitration catalysts was prepared by impregnation method. The prepared catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption, H2 temperature program reduction (H2-TPR), NH3 temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) and NO temperature programmed desorption (NO-TPD). And the catalytic denitrification activity was investigated too. The results showed that MnOx/TiO2-ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited larger specific surface area, more active manganese species and more acid sites, which increased the adsorption capacity of the catalyst for NH3 and NO at low-temperature and NH3 at high-temperature, resulting in better catalytic activity for denitrification. The conversion of NO over MnOx/TiO2-ZSM-5 catalyst reached more than 99% at 200-350 ℃.
