Abstract:According to the existing situation of fossil energy and the development needs of coal chemical industry in China, the research of high value-added chemicals such as methanol to olefins or aromatics has attracted more and more attention. Among them, due to the exothermic characteristics of methanol reaction and the endothermic characteristics of carbonaceous compounds, the co feeding of methanol and various carbonaceous compounds to produce high value-added chemicals has gradually become a research hotspot. This paper reviewed the relevant research progress in the preparation of high value-added chemicals from the co feeding of methanol and carbonaceous compounds at home and abroad in recent years, and introduced the technology of preparing high value-added chemicals from the co feeding of methanol with C1 molecules (CO, CO2, CH4), C2+ molecules and biomass. Compared with the reaction of single carbonaceous compound, it was of great significance to deeply study the reaction mechanism of each process due to the changes of species concentration and reaction temperature. On this basis, the development of new reaction processes and matched multifunctional catalysts are conducive to expanding the source of raw materials, enriching the product chain and improving the utilization rate of reaction atoms. It may become an important direction for the future research of methanol coupling co feed to produce high value-added chemicals.
