Abstract:Mo/MOR series samples with different content of Mo were synthesized and characterized by various techniques. When the content of Mo was below 2%, it was found that with the increasing amount of Mo, the pore structure of zeolites maintained. Mo species was found to locate on acid sites of catalysts, which did not lead to a significant change on the acid amount of catalysts. When the content of Mo was above 2%, it was found that with the increasing amount of Mo, the specific surface area and pore volume of micropores decreased evidently, also Mo species gradually interacted with Lewis and Br?nsted acid sites leading to the loss of acid sites on catalysts. In hydrocracking of tetralin, 2Mo/MOR exhibited the highest conversion and selectivity of hydrocracking reaction, which was owing to the synergistic effect of metal sites and acid sites on catalysts.
