Abstract:Nitrogen doped porous carbon materials were prepared by pyrolysis of two-steps method, pre-carbonization and chemical activation, with hazardous solid waste oil sludge as raw material and urea as nitrogen source, to realize the resource treatment of oil sludge. CO2 adsorption performances of carbon materials prepared at different activation temperatures were comprehensively studied in a vertical tube furnace reactor. and the effects of activation temperature, superficial gas velocity, adsorption temperature and particle layer thickness on CO2 adsorption performances were systematically investigated. The results showed that the adsorption performance of the carbon material was the best when the activation temperature was 700 ℃, the apparent velocity of the carbon material was 0.1 m/s and the adsorption temperature was 25 ℃. A new method to obtain nitrogen doped porous carbon materials from hazardous wastes was developed in the work.
