Abstract:The palladium catalytic membrane was prepared by a flow-through method with the palladium nanoparticles immobilized on the ceramic membrane. The effects of preparation conditions, such as the modification of membrane, the impregnation of palladium solution and the reduction of hydrazine hydrate on the catalytic performance of palladium catalytic membrane were investigated in the liquid-phase reduction of p-nitrophenol. The experimental results showed that the palladium catalytic membrane exhibited the better catalytic activity in the reduction of p-nitrophenol and the p-nitrophenol conversion could reach 98.5% under the optimal conditions as follows: the modification of 1 h under the concentration of silane coupling agent KH792 6 g/L, the impregnation of 12 h under the concentration of palladium acetate 15 mmol/L and the impregnation temperature 30 ℃, the reduction of 1 h under the reduction temperature 30 ℃ and the flow of peristaltic pump 53 mL/min.
