Abstract:Different content of Co modified mesoporous aluminum phosphate (Cox-APO) was prepared by template method. Then a series of Co-modified mesoporous aluminum phosphate supported nano-gold composite catalysts (Au@Cox-APO) were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The catalytic performance of the selective oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone (KA oil) in cyclohexane was investigated. Cox-APO and Au@Cox-APO catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption. The results showed that Au@Cox-APO exhibited good catalytic activity and selectivity in the selective oxidation of cyclohexane. Under the condition of Au loading 4.5%, catalyst dosage 0.01 g/mL (cyclohexane), air pressure 1 MPa and temperature 120 ℃ for 2 h, the yield of KA oil could reach 9.7%, and the selectivity was as high as 93%.
