Abstract:In order to improve the dispersibility of solid disinfectant and the disinfectant ability of the mustard gas stimulant 2-chloroethylethylsulfide (2-CEES), the environment-friendly magnesium monoperoxyphthalate (MMPP) was used as the core material and different adsorbent materials as the wall materials to prepare the core - shell structure compound disinfectants MgO/MMPP, Al2O3/MMPP, and activated clay (HEAC)/MMPP using the fluidized bed coating technology. The microstructure, particle size, dispersion properties, stability and disinfection ability on 2-CEES were studied by using hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)/MMPP as the control. The results showed that the compound disinfectant exhibited good thermal stability while improving the dispersibility of MMPP, and the disinfection ability was greatly improved. Among the disinfectants, the disinfection ability of MgO/MMPP, Al2O3/MMPP on 2-CEES were higher than 99%. The reaction products were mainly 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfoxide and 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfone. The compound disinfectants prepared by fluidized bed had better disinfection ability than MMPP, which provided the technical support for the development of new adsorption reaction detergents.
