Abstract:In order to preparation of sorption complex catalyst with a big surface area and high Ni dispersion, the synthesis conditions of hydrothermal precipitation method were investigated. The effect of preparation temperature, urea concentration and calcination temperature to the surface area and Ni dispersion of the sorption complex catalyst were investigated in details. The results showed that sorption complex catalyst with a surface area of 134.4m2/g, and Ni dispersion of 9.45% under the optimal preparation temperature, urea concentration and calcination temperature were 150 ℃, 3 mol/L and 500 ℃ respectively. The catalyst was applied in ReSER process in a fix-bed reactor, under the operation conditions of 0.1 MPa, 600 ℃, steam methane molar ratio of 4, volumetric space velocity of 340 h-1. A H2 concentration of 97.5% and a CH4 conversion of 95.3% were obtained, which are both higher than the results reported.
