Dynamic Process Optimization for Product Quality with Molecular Structure

Abstract:Prediction and optimization of product qualities related to molecular structure is a technical problem needed to be addressed. Based on the rigorous process model and simultaneous dynamic optimization strategies, research tasks were presented around the optimization of sequencing decisions and grade transitions with molecular structure quality measurement taken into account. Topics and difficulties were discussed in dynamic simulation, model revision, and transition optimization, and results of related research work were presented as well. At the end of this paper, possible development was proposed for the research on this dynamic problem in its formulation, analysis, and solution.
