Abstract In order to obtain the distribution characteristics of the velocity field and pressure field inside the three-dimensional flow field of the sinusoidal intersecting corrugated channel, the flow paths between two adjacent sinusoidal corrugated plates were used as the calculation area and a three-dimensional model was established. The sinusoidal cross-corrugation channel was numerically simulated using low Reynolds number k-ε turbulence model. The distributions of velocity and pressure field in the local microscopic region of the three-dimensional flow region of the sinusoidal intersecting corrugated channels were obtained. The results showed that flow rate of each channel was greatly affected by the boundary during the flow process and the rate changed at each intersection. As a result, the flow rate was different at exit section, but the changes in flow rate have certain rules to follow. The secondary flow vortex was generated primarily at the inlet and near the side wall. The size of the vortex tended to decrease during the flow. According to the different inlet air flow rates, the variation law of pressure drop with the inlet velocity was calculated, and compared with those of the references to verify the reliability of the results.
